Location: Telford
Salary: £52,817 per annum (Including Shift Allowance)
Shift: Double days

Facilities Engineer Overview:
Responsible for maintaining critical site infrastructure and facilities, ensuring smooth operation of security, utilities, and building systems. Support site management with security oversight, promote HSE compliance, and deliver effective maintenance across a wide range of equipment and systems.
 

Facilities Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain door access, barrier systems, CCTV, and fire alarms.
  • Support site security management.
  • Maintain boilers, welfare facilities, changing rooms, HV/LV supply equipment, cooling towers, chillers, compressors, vacuum systems, water/wastewater treatment, drainage, lighting, and building fabric.
  • Promote and enforce HSE policies and standards across site operations.

 

Facilities Engineer Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance role (essential).
  • Time-served Maintenance Engineer (desirable).
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of CHHP/Gas Generation.
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Agility preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
  • HV trained.
