Conti's (4 On, 4 Off / Days & Nights)

We are looking for motivated Process Operators to join a market leading manufacturer in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Process Technicians you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of production within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. The position will appeal to a strong operator looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description -

  • Ensure products meet the standard for quality
  • Run the plant to standard operating procedures, which includes start-ups and changeovers
  • Liaising with plant development teams for improvement on standards
  • Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis
  • Ensuring observable standards are achieved for the line
  • Ensure safe working practices
  • Support training of process staff
  • Any other duties/ projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder

  • Observant and very good at attention to detail
  • Escalate when and if problems occur
  • Challenge to ensure success is achieved
  • Good communication skills to interact with fellow team members
  • Team worker, ability to liaise with all fellow team members
  • Ability to focus on getting things done in a methodical and organized way
