We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives at our Telford dairy site.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience within a chilled environment and have a fork lift truck / counterbalance licence.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: £31,079.00 per annum, plus overtime premiums

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (days & nights)

Working Hours: 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am

Location: Telford Dairy

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow advice and best practice given by trainers, and senior/team leaders
  • Operate with a high level of personal safety awareness to ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards / measures.
  • To use all company equipment for the purpose it was intended and in accordance with
  • Safe systems of work and/or standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure you only operate equipment and machinery when you have received the correct levels of training, assessment and supervision.
  • Ensure all materials are used within date, utilising good stock rotation and ensure accurate consumption of material through positive goods issuing to ensure 100% traceability at all times.
  • Supplying materials in time to lines ensuring materials are scanned to correct locations throughout the system.
  • Prompt recognition and actions regarding fault finding and correction.
  • Work through a detailed training plan to progress through grades.
  • Sharing technical knowledge with team members to improve their capabilities .
