You will:
- Develop and build relationships to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to customers
- Ensure freight is moved on time with all the necessary documentation
- Arranging all Sea Freight shipments from start to finsh
- Assisting with Customs Declarations
- Arrange haulage with shipping line/hauliers
- Ensure all freight is invoiced and checked prior to dispatch
- Ensure pre-alert documents are on hand as required
- Ensure requests and queries are resolved and actioned quickly and efficiently
- Communicate with overseas agents, customers and suppliers in a clear precise manner
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding/Export Operations OrOcean Freightis essential.
