We are currently recruiting for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher for a long-term, full-time position at a primary school in Telford. This role is set to start ASAP, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate teacher to join a supportive and dynamic school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to Key Stage 2 students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring all students are engaged and progressing.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and focused learning environment.

Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to ensure progress and achievement.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities that enhance student learning experiences.

Support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development, ensuring they feel safe and valued.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.

Experience teaching Key Stage 2 with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.

A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring and engaging young learners.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse student needs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
