Shape the Future of Paid Media with a Leading UK Business!Are you a strategic Paid Media Manager ready to lead the charge for a rapidly expanding, award-winning company?We're on the hunt for an exceptional individual to join our Client’s Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and spearheading their paid media strategy across the UK and France.You'll be at the helm, building and optimising paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels. Your insights and expertise will directly drive performance, maximize ROI and CPA, and align all initiatives with our ambitious business goals. You'll manage substantial budgets (over £100k per month!), oversee a talented team, and work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure every ad reflects their core values.What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid search (Google & Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads).
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring a small team of paid media specialists.
  • Budget Management Prowess: Comfortable working with and optimizing large budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and impressive ROI.
  • Analytical Acumen: Experience with Google Analytics 4 and similar reporting tools, with the ability to analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and generate strategic reports.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting performance reports to senior management in weekly trading meetings and monthly board meetings.
  • Platform Proficiency: In-depth understanding of various paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta. (Affiliate marketing experience is a plus!)
