HR Business Partner - 12 months FTC

Telford

£50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience + 10% Bonus, PHI, Pension

Our market-leading client is looking to secure the services of a HR Business Partner. This is a hands-on strategic role and part of the group leadership team. Focused on recruiting, developing and retaining the talent needed to scale the business rapidly and achieve the organisation’s goals. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will act as the lead for the Group’s positive culture and progressive values

Key requirements for the HR Business Partner role:

  • Partner with Group Leadership to achieve HR goals
  • Define our talent development and colleague engagement model
  • Develop Group HR policies and processes to support best-practice
  • Lead and coach the business with compassion and empathy through change and transformation
  • Act as an organizational coach, who builds capabilities, reduces complexity and maximizes team performance
  • Handle direct recruitment efforts
  • Provide HR support and advice to all colleagues
  • Develop and drive our Environmental, Social and Governance approach and initiatives across the group
  • Co-ordinate with our PLC’s central HR team to share, learn and drive best practices
  • Drive HR acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition activities
  • Handle direct recruitment efforts

Skills & experience of a HR Business Partner role:

  • Strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
  • Continuous improvement oriented - has familiarity with lean and change management principles and how to apply them to HR
  • Embraces and thrives on challenge and stretch goals
  • Passion for innovative HR digital solutions and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills; able to draw conclusions and manage actions
