You will be working 40 hours per week with an early finish (12:45) on Friday!
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Testing, fault-finding and diagnostics of equipment
- Installation of systems and equipment both on site and at customer premises.
- Assembly of mechanical products and systems
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Working as a team and individually when required.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a full driving license
- Have hands on experience of mechanical equipment
- Be comfortable fault-finding and completing diagnostics
- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Be comfortable using various hand and power tools daily
- Have sound processes of various mechanical processes.
Any experience with Mobile elevating work platforms would be advantageous.
You must have your own basic tool set (spanners, socket set etc) and this will be supplemented by a tooling allowance scheme. You will be self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility and work progressively to achieve team goals.
You can expect to earn £29,000 - £32,000 per annum.
To achieve the higher salary bracket, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of relevant experience and provide copies of apprenticeship qualifications where relevant.
