Whats in it for you?

Your new role:

  • Produce products on time at the correct specification and correct quality standards
  • Monitor the SAP computer system to ensure the machine plan is followed
  • Read and follow Works Order Instructions along with other data available to ensure the machine is fed i.e. Film, Inks, Cores etc.
  • Complete daily housekeeping in line with 5S standards
  • Ensure materials are at the machine and readily available by effective planning to ensure the machine is continually operating
  • Complete all documentation as required and communicate using the shift handover book together with verbal communication when taking over and handing over the shift
  • Report all machine faults as they occur using the procedures in place
  • To maintain a safe working environment and activity support the continuing development of a safety culture
  • To ensure a clean as you go policy and the wearing of PPE is adhered to
  • To work flexibility and support any other activities may be reasonably required by Management

What you need to succeed:

  • A good understanding of manufacturing principles
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • IT computer skills
  • Understanding of substrates
