Whats in it for you?
- £13.45 per hour (pay increase if taken on permanent)
- Days: Mon to Fri, 08:00am to 17.30pm
- Temp to Perm position
Your new role:
- Produce products on time at the correct specification and correct quality standards
- Monitor the SAP computer system to ensure the machine plan is followed
- Read and follow Works Order Instructions along with other data available to ensure the machine is fed i.e. Film, Inks, Cores etc.
- Complete daily housekeeping in line with 5S standards
- Ensure materials are at the machine and readily available by effective planning to ensure the machine is continually operating
- Complete all documentation as required and communicate using the shift handover book together with verbal communication when taking over and handing over the shift
- Report all machine faults as they occur using the procedures in place
- To maintain a safe working environment and activity support the continuing development of a safety culture
- To ensure a clean as you go policy and the wearing of PPE is adhered to
- To work flexibility and support any other activities may be reasonably required by Management
What you need to succeed:
- A good understanding of manufacturing principles
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- IT computer skills
- Understanding of substrates
