Remote Working Family Paralegal– Telford (Fully Remote)

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Paralegal to join a small, well-established law firm based in Telford. This remote position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and responsibility for a highly capable, self-motivated individual.

About the Firm

This reputable, close-knit practice is led by a dedicated family solicitor and supported by a team of three experienced staff members. The firm specialises in public & private family matters and prides itself on delivering a personal and effective service to its clients.

The Role

As a Remote Family Paralegal you will play a key role in supporting the family solicitor with a caseload focused primarily on:

  • Non-molestation orders
  • Private children matters
  • Some private family matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Typing and transcription of dictation
  • Client liaison by phone and email
  • Diary and appointment management
  • Handling general legal administrative and paralegal duties

This is a fully remote position requiring a high level of organisation, initiative and independence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Minimum 5 years’ experience in a family law support role
  • You must be within Shropshire, Staffordshire or Black Country region
  • Strong knowledge of family law, particularly non-molestation and private children matters
  • Proven ability to manage your workload independently
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • A proactive and self-sufficient working style
