Proactive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Halesfield, Telford for a Materials/Export Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in import/export coordination or materials buying.
Duties Include:
- Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
- Manage all import and export processes
- Order stock and materials in line with company requirements
- Maintain and update stock spreadsheets
- Liaise effectively with suppliers and logistics partners
- Process, enter, and file delivery notes accurately
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing and post handling
Experience & Skills Required:
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Packages
- Experience/knowledge of importing and exporting goods
- Knowledge of SAGE accounting software
- Experience of buying in materials
- Good sense of humour
- Able to work well under pressure
