Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a passion for automation and robotics?
We’re growing our engineering team and looking for a skilled, proactive engineer to join us on our night shift (4 on, 4 off) schedule.
What you’ll be doing:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, robotics, and production machinery

Diagnosing faults on PLCs, automation systems, and robotic equipment

Working closely with the engineering and production teams to maximise uptime and performance
-
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site
What we’re looking for:

Time-served or qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC or equivalent)

Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments

Hands-on experience with robotics, control systems, motors, and drives

A problem-solver with a passion for technology, safety, and efficiency
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off – Nights
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £45,000
