I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Planner to join their growing team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of ensuring smooth and efficient production operations on a Monday to Friday day shift - no nights, no weekends!
The Role:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability
- Analyse capacity and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact output
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production planning role
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- ERP/MRP system experience highly desirable
