Manufacturing Toolmaker 

Are you a skilled Toolmaker with experience in press and casting tooling Join our leading Automotive/Manufacturing company and take ownership of the mechanical build, repair, and improvement of jigs, fixtures, and assembly tooling.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and assemble fixtures from CAD/2D drawings and BOMs.

• Repair and maintain tooling to meet quality and delivery standards.

• Prepare, assemble, and fit new casting steels.

• Improve tooling performance, reliability, and quality.

• Support assembly cells and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train colleagues and ensure clear handovers.

You’ll Need:

• City & Guilds Toolmaker qualification or equivalent.

• Experience with high-volume press tooling (300+ tons) and assembly tools.

• Welding (TIG/MIG/Arc) and non-CNC machining skills.

• Knowledge of quality procedures and GD&T.

• Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

• Willingness to travel in Europe for installations/commissioning.
