Production Technician – Telford
£31,600 starting salary – oppurtunity to rise to £41,200 after training
4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights)

We're looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will:

? Spot and resolve machinery faults to prevent downtime.
? Run the production line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers.
? Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.
? Lead and train machine operators to drive performance.
? Work with development teams to refine processes and improve productivity.
? Take ownership of the production line's performance, ensuring efficiency and control.
