Pay Rate: Starting at 33,733 per annum, with potential to earn up to 42,000 per annum
Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off

About the Company:
A well-established food manufacturing company with a modernised facility, looking for a skilled Production Technician to join their team and support their shift-based operation.
The Production Technician Candidate:
- Strong background in maintaining and operating automated or semi-automated machinery
- Experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong ownership of production performance and commitment to quality and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated and packaging machinery
- Ensure smooth changeovers and start-ups for varying customer orders and product lines
- Monitor line performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance
