As part of this busy role, you will be taking enquiries, allocating post, booking appointments, organising appointments and working with the doctors and nurses in the practice to focus on extra addition help for patients.
You will be taking detailed minutes up to board level.
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of the EMIS website
- Able to record from dictate
- Proven track record of high level minute taking
- Medical Administrator/Secretarial background
- Good Computer skills
- Be familiar with Dooman/Speech Right
Salary
12.51 per hour
Monday-Friday
9-5pm
