Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in education? Aspire People are recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Telford. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience, develop teaching skills, and support students while helping teachers manage their classes.
What a Cover Supervisor does:
Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the teacher
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a productive learning environment
Support students with tasks and answer questions about the lesson content
Assist teachers with administrative tasks if needed
