Seymour John, in partnership with our client, are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join an established team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Are you a payroll expert available immediately? Do you have proven experience managing payroll processes from start to finish? If so, we want to hear from you.

The RoleOur client is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable payroll professional to support their finance team. This position offers flexibility and can be full-time or part-time, depending on the experience and availability of the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing end-to-end payroll for weekly/monthly cycles
  • Ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and reporting
  • Managing payroll queries and liaising with HR and finance departments
  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous payroll experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in Xero payroll software (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly
