The Role:
- Win new business and drive valuations
- Support the manager in building brand presence
- Develop strong client relationships
- Generate leads and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve personal and team targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven estate agency experience (valuations essential)
- Self-motivated, driven, and highly organised
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Full UK driving licence
