We’re looking for a Technical Service Manager to lead a team of four skilled repair technicians. You’ll oversee service and repair operations for a range of advanced testing equipment, ensuring exceptional customer support and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop a team of service and repair technicians, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage the diagnosis and repair of complex technical issues across multiple product lines.
- Validate and test instruments, follow protocols, record results, and prepare equipment for shipment.
- Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate service, repair, and test records, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Proven experience managing a technical service or repair team.
- Strong engineering background – mechanical or electronic experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret repair orders, technical drawings, charts, and equipment manuals.
- Hands-on experience with repair, testing, and servicing of technical equipment.
