- Operate, monitor, and optimise production line machinery — including robotic and automated systems
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding to minimise downtime
- Work closely with your team to hit production targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Follow health & safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organised
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of automated or robotic systems (preferred but not essential)
- Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team player with pride in quality and consistency
- Comfortable with a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern (days and nights)
