Finance Business Partner - Technology Enabled Business - Telford

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a cutting-edge, privately owned technology-enabled business based in Telford, as they look to hire an ambitious and proactive Finance Business Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company during a period of exciting growth and transformation. With significant investment in innovation and expansion, the business is well on track to double in size over the next three years. As Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the SLT and operational leadership, providing key financial insight to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary finance contact for senior operational stakeholders

Partner with non-finance teams to drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and growth

Deliver insightful management reporting and financial analysis to influence strategic decisions

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Support with month-end reporting and variance analysis

Drive the development and tracking of key KPIs

Challenge and improve processes, embedding a culture of continuous improvement

Work closely with the SLT on strategic projects including M&A, pricing strategy and investment analysis

What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You'll be confident communicating with senior stakeholders, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Prior experience in a tech-enabled, data-driven or service-based business would be highly advantageous.

You'll be naturally curious, eager to understand how the business operates, and driven to deliver meaningful insights that influence decisions. Most importantly, you'll thrive in a collaborative, ambitious environment where you can really make your mark.
