Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Telford, Hybrid 2 days per week onsite

Role purpose / summary

Are you ready to work with Contract Areas across the MU and the client to bring in new work, ensuring we meet the clients' expectations then the role of Contract Demand Lead is for you. You will be supported and trained to lead on a specific contract area working in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvement and developing MI to run our business.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning requests for costs from the client working closely with the Contract Areas and development teams to ensure we produce high quality responses in line with client deadlines.
  • Ensuring a strong audit trail from receipt to approval, to provide MI to the account to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Ensuring appropriate approvals are in place before responses are issued to the client. Keeping records to ensure process is compliant and well run.
  • Act of process SME for impacting process
  • Work as part of a team focused on ensuring an excellent client experience.
