The Role
We are seeking a caring, patient and motivated PRU and SEMH specialist to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, social/emotional challenges, and other learning differences. This role will be challening, it will be supporting pupils who have very challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with special educational needs.

Support pupils develop independence and confidence.

Work closeley with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support.

Promote inclusion and positive behaviour across the school.
About You

Experience working with children with special educational needs

Understanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH and PRU environments.

A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant qualifications or personal experience.
