The Role:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday during term time

  • Supervising lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 using pre-set work

  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment

  • Supporting students and following school policies and safeguarding procedures

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Cover Teacher in a UK secondary school is essential

  • Confident managing classroom behaviour and engaging with secondary-age pupils

  • Adaptable and reliable, with a professional approach to education support

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
