Responsibilities:

  • Build positive, trusted relationships with children and young people to enhance stability and wellbeing.
  • Support foster families through direct work, activities, and day-to-day support, promoting life skills and independence.
  • Contribute to care planning, attend key meetings, and support participation in a wide range of activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience working directly with children and young people in supportive roles.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and a team-player mindset.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude with a full UK driving licence and business insurance.
