A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will have complete responsibility for all Maintenance & Facilities of this high volume manufacturing plant.
The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for:
*Driving continuous improvement throughout the maintenance team, ensuring PPM schedules are set up and adhered to.
*Leading and managing a multi skilled team of Maintenance Technicians in the development of a TPM culture to carry out planned maintenance work against TPM plan and support breakdown activities.
*Motivating and developing staff to reach targets and extend their capabilities in line with business objectives, creating job satisfaction, flexibility and positive morale.
*Control departmental budgets including manning, overtime and spares.
The Maintenance Manger should have proven man management experience and be able to communicate at all levels.
The successful candidate will be apprentice trained and have a sound knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
