A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Cover Supervisor position can be part or full time and operate on a temporary or long term basis.

You will be required to supervise different subject lessons for KS3 and KS4 classes for this Cover Supervisor role.

Main duties as a Cover Supervisor will include but not be limited to; using school login details to set up classes for pupils, creating a positive atmosphere for learning in the classroom and organising completed work by students to leave an effective handover for other team members.

Using basic IT systems efficiently, adhering to school policies and working as part of a team will all be essential qualities for this Cover Supervisor post.

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor role will be between 90 to 130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Visual Arts Specialist School for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, part of a multi-academy trust, located in the London Borough of Bexley.

The site has a sports hall, all-weather sports pitch, performing arts studios, computer rooms, an art gallery, library and designated 6th form centre.

Facilities dedicated to Arts at the school host works by established artists such as David Hockney, Francisco Goya and Walker Evans.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:

* Right to work in the UK
* Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
* UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
* Experience of working as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
