Sales AdministratorLocation: Smarden, KentHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a busy, customer focused environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator for our client to join a friendly team based in Smarden, Kent. This is a varied role with a mix of sales support and administrative responsibilities, where attention to detail and a proactive approach will set you apart.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders
  • Taking inbound calls and liaising with clients
  • Organising deliveries and sample requests across the UK
  • Advising clients on product options and specifications
  • Liaising with Area Managers and Purchasing team on stock, pricing and availability
  • Conducting stock checks and recommending complementary products
  • Supporting products to support customer projects requirements
  • Potential future transition opportunities within Purchasing

Person Specification:

  • Must be educated at Degree level
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Proficient using IT systems, including CRM, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a B2B environment (e.g. sales support, account management, or client services would be advantageous)
  • A team player with a adaptable, solutions-focused attitude and approachable
