Sales AdministratorLocation: Smarden, KentHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a busy, customer focused environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator for our client to join a friendly team based in Smarden, Kent. This is a varied role with a mix of sales support and administrative responsibilities, where attention to detail and a proactive approach will set you apart.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders
- Taking inbound calls and liaising with clients
- Organising deliveries and sample requests across the UK
- Advising clients on product options and specifications
- Liaising with Area Managers and Purchasing team on stock, pricing and availability
- Conducting stock checks and recommending complementary products
- Supporting products to support customer projects requirements
- Potential future transition opportunities within Purchasing
Person Specification:
- Must be educated at Degree level
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy is essential
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Proficient using IT systems, including CRM, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a B2B environment (e.g. sales support, account management, or client services would be advantageous)
- A team player with a adaptable, solutions-focused attitude and approachable
