Town Planner - Private Sector
Location: Ashford, Kent (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to 拢38,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time
Are you a Town Planner with 1-2 years of experience looking to develop your career with a respected planning consultancy? My client, a growing private practice based in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a motivated Planner to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on rural projects and be passionate about delivering high-quality planning solutions. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, including Domestic planning applications, Change of use projects, Residential schemes, Planning appeals, Listed buildings, Section 106 agreements.
What we're looking for:
路1-2 years' experience in a planning role (private sector preferred but not essential)
路Ideally some experience with rural or countryside projects.
路Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and processes.
路Excellent communication and organisational skills.
路MRTPI (or working towards).
