We are seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary operations at a prestigious independent boarding school in Tetbury. As part of this rapidly expanding portfolio within the education sector, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate chef to join a progressive and people-focused contract catering company.

About the Role:

This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and innovative food in a volume catering environment. You'll oversee all aspects of kitchen management, team leadership, menu development, and compliance, while ensuring outstanding service to both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to consistently deliver excellent food and service.

  • Design and implement seasonal, fresh menus tailored to the needs of pupils and staff.

  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

  • Manage budgets, stock, and suppliers effectively to meet financial targets.

  • Collaborate closely with the school and the wider operations team to exceed client expectations.
