- £50,000 per annum plus service charge
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Overseeing all aspects of the hotels culinary offering, from restaurant service to banqueting and afternoon tea
- Leading, training and motivating a brigade of 8 chefs to consistently deliver high standards
- Menu planning and development, working with local, seasonal produce to reflect the hotels setting
- Managing kitchen costs, GP and stock control while maintaining uncompromised quality
- Collaborating with senior management to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the hotels reputation for excellence
