The newly refurbished bar & restaurant lends itself to a modern Cotswolds design & colour and offers an inviting selection of local beers and dishes created from the best local ingredients.

The Sous Chef role offers:-

The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:-

  • Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
  • Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team in Head chef's absence.
  • Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
  • Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains team to learn new cooking techniques.
