Role Overview

Key responsibilities:

-To effectively lead, develop and motivate a team to successfully deliver the Careline services.

-To show clear ownership and accountability for the efficient workflow and delivery of team outcomes and client relationships.

-To support delivery of expertise across all business service channels, through effective leading, coaching, quality assurance processes and training and development.


About the Role

Team Lead - Psychological Services

Location: Tewkesbury or Hybrid (3 days per week in office for hybrid)

Working hours between 08:00am - 19:00pm (minimum 3 per week in office for late cover)

Salary: 30k-40k

Status: Full-time

Essential Skills

Essential Skills and Experience:

Degree level education or equivalent professional certification or extensive relevant experience

Hold recognised by professional bodies e.g. HCPC, BABCP, BACP, RMN, EMCC

Need to evidence ability to write clear and accurate English

Proficient in Microsoft Office IT packages
