Role Overview
This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality standards across new and existing products. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating APQP and PPAP implementation, supporting new product introduction, and working cross-functionally to drive quality performance across the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support integration of APQP processes into product development and production systems.
- Coordinate PPAP documentation and submission processes.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions.
- Contribute to risk analysis, including PFMEA and control plans.
- Participate in customer meetings and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams.
- Minimum 2 years experience with APQP and PPAP.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
- Proficiency in PFMEA, process control, and MSA.
- Background in supporting new product introduction (NPI).
