Production Operative
Temporary to Permanent | £13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Tewkesbury (Driving essential due remote location)
Do you have a passion for working with your hands and creating top-quality products? Are you experienced with woodworking and machinery? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
As part of the production line, you’ll play a key role in assembling and producing goods to a high standard in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically minded, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assemble and build products using hand and power tools

Perform basic maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Collaborate with your team to achieve daily production targets

Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet standards

Assist with managing materials and inventory

Competent with tools and basic mechanical knowledge

Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach

Capable of working independently when required
