- Carry out general cleaning of commercial catering equipment and modular kitchen units in preparation for engineering checks.
- Prepare equipment components using dip tanks and sandblasting machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, keeping equipment ready for operational use.
- Support other departments in the operations team as required, including occasional off-site work.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety procedures and company working practices.
- Report any damage or maintenance concerns to the team supervisor promptly.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Take responsibility for the care and condition of PPE and tools provided.
- Ability to perform manual handling and physically active work – bending, twisting, stretching, and lifting are part of daily duties.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
- Basic spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cleaning, or industrial setting is advantageous but not essential.
