Must Have’s:
- Proven sales or business development experience
- Confidence managing client relationships, from first contact to long-term retention
- A genuine interest in IT, AV, or networks
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Ability to work across multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
Nice to Have’s:
- Experience in the events, exhibitions, or live experiences industry
- Understanding of temporary tech setups (WiFi, networking, AV)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Willingness to attend occasional weekend events
So, what will you be doing?
- Building and managing key client partnerships
- Generating new business across the live events and tech space
- Attending industry events and exhibitions
- Creating tailored proposals and closing deals
- Supporting project delivery and acting as a key liaison between sales and ops
- Forecasting and hitting commercial targets
- Occasionally attending live events to support client relationships
