Set up and operate CNC machines for both new manufacturing and tool regrinding

Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate production steps

Program machines offline to maximise productivity

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

Conduct daily machine checks and complete quality logs

Communicate production issues clearly with the wider team

Use both handheld and digital measuring tools for quality control

Manual grinding experience is a plus – but full training will be given

Proven experience in CNC machine operation and programming

Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tight tolerances

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic computer and math skills

Willingness to work as part of a team, including shift work and overtime
