CNC Operative 

Location: Tewkesbury
Full-Time | Permanent - £35,000
Day Shifts Monday - Friday! Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines for both new manufacturing and tool regrinding

  • Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate production steps

  • Program machines offline to maximise productivity

  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

  • Conduct daily machine checks and complete quality logs

  • Communicate production issues clearly with the wider team

  • Use both handheld and digital measuring tools for quality control

  • Manual grinding experience is a plus – but full training will be given

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in CNC machine operation and programming

  • Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tight tolerances

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Willingness to work as part of a team, including shift work and overtime
