Must Haves
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel which you will be using daily
- Excellent verbal and written communication, youll be supporting and speaking to a wide range of people internally and externally
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours (including some weekends)
- Previous experience in operations, logistics or project coordination
- Familiarity with booking travel and accommodation
- Graduate calibre or equivalent practical experience
- Assisting with end-to-end delivery of UK and internal projects
- Responding to queries across inboxes, phone, and internal systems
- Supporting Project Coordinators & Managers and ensuring operations platforms stay updated
- Booking crew, vehicles, freight, accommodation, and travel logistics
- Coordinating Health and Safety paperwork, risk assessments, and show meeting logistics
- Monitoring project budgets and flagging discrepancies
- Maintaining transport planners, vehicle logistics, and insurance records
- Based in Tewkesbury, offering free parking
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
- Flexibility required some weekend or overnight travel expected
