We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with enquiries, processing orders, managing accounts and ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish. You will be forward thinking with drive and have a motivation to succeed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing prompt and accurate information to resolve issues or answer questions.
  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues related to product availability or shipping.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns, investigating issues and coordinating with relevant departments to provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including scheduling, filing, and preparing reports, to support the customer support team and other departments.
