This highly reputable and established financial services company are looking to add an experienced Financial Administrator to their team as they continue to grow. The Financial Administrator role will work support Paraplanners and Financial Advisors in their commitment to offering their clients outstanding service and financial advice.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Financial Administrator:

  • Onboarding new clients in a professional and compliant manner
  • Compile investment illustrations and other reports and information on behalf of Paraplanner or Advisor
  • Liaise with clients and providers regularly on queries, valuations, plan alterations etc

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator within Financial Services (preferably Wealth Management) essential
  • Experience working with Pensions, ISA’s, GIA’s
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Detail focused with a strong work ethic

This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £28,000.
