Must Have’s
- Previous experience within insurance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and face-to-face
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- UK valid driving licence
- Cert CII (desirable)
So, what will you be doing?
- Developing lasting relationships with Growth Broker accounts via meetings, Teams calls, events, and networking
- Attending weekly client meetings with a team member
- Building and delivering reports and account plans to key stakeholders
- Learning about different products to handle underwriting queries accurately
- Working with the Development Underwriting team on renewals and retention
