Must Have’s

  • Previous experience within insurance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and face-to-face
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • UK valid driving licence
  • Cert CII (desirable)

So, what will you be doing?

  • Developing lasting relationships with Growth Broker accounts via meetings, Teams calls, events, and networking
  • Attending weekly client meetings with a team member
  • Building and delivering reports and account plans to key stakeholders
  • Learning about different products to handle underwriting queries accurately
  • Working with the Development Underwriting team on renewals and retention
