In this role, you’ll lead investigations into returned products, provide technical support, and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality solutions. You’ll also collaborate with design teams and contribute to technical documentation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confidence in representing the company with customers
