Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading client in their search for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations efficiently, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, typing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks as required.
