We are looking for Trainee Process Operatives to join the team in a clean and modern food manufactuirng environment with structured progression and development opportunities.

LOCATION: Tewkesbury Industrial Estate
PAY: from 14.12, increasing to 14.54 and beyond with training
HOURS: Fve shifts per week, 37.5 hours, Start Times from 5am
DURATION: Permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee safe, hygienic bulk product transfers in tanker bays and production units.

  • Organize silo plans and vessel cleaning to optimize storage and output.

  • Coordinate with drivers and departments to ensure efficient, high-quality workflows.

  • Operate complex machinery safely while prioritizing waste reduction.

  • Strictly adhere to COSHH, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Deliver pro-active support to hit and exceed business KPIs.

  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and workplace cleanliness.

  • Coach staff and provide flexible role coverage to support business needs.



What We're Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing environments with a hands-on technical focus.

  • Strong communicator; maintains high motivation and positive team engagement.

  • Methodical and detail-oriented with a drive to see tasks through to the end.

  • Self-motivated problem solver who excels both independently and in team settings.

  • Adaptable to shift work and comfortable delivering results under time pressure.

  • Ability to pass Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP certified
