Are you passionate about quality and precision? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills are put to the test? Are you ready to be part of a team that is dedicated to excellence? We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to join our busy team in Ashchurch.

As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all manufactured products meet stringent quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of incoming goods and ensuring compliance with the specified product requirements. Your exceptional attention to detail will be key as you inspect parts, maintain accurate records of defects, and provide valuable feedback to the Quality Engineer. Engaging directly with customers during inspections, you will actively contribute to continuous process improvement and will be required to adhere to all quality and GDPR policies.

Hours of Work: 38 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday

Quality Technician Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a relevant role, ideally within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  3. Familiarity with electronic/electrical components and the ability to read engineering drawings/data sheets.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  5. Experience using test and measurement equipment is essential.

Quality Technician Benefits:

  1. £28k-32k per annum
  2. 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.
