Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 support to meet the unique needs of the pupil.
Assist the pupil's engagement in classroom activities and learning.
Implement targeted strategies to help the pupil reach their educational goals.
Build a positive, supportive relationship with the pupil.
Collaborate with the class teacher and maintain effective communication with parents to track progress.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working with children.
Experience in an SEN setting.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
Ability to provide 2 recent professional references.
